- You own or are authorized to represent the channel you submit.
- All information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
4. Application and Selection
- Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion.
- We may accept, reject, or request additional information from any applicant.
- Selection decisions are final.
- Applying is free — no application fees are required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Submit false information or attempt to verify a channel you do not control.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including attempts to probe or bypass security.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are owned by or licensed to MrBeast LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission.
7. Additional Agreements
If selected, you may be required to enter into additional agreements, which may include appearance releases, participation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and travel/production releases. Those agreements will govern the specific terms of participation.
